Personal Finance
Rich Dad Poor Dad
This is the book that changed the way I see things. It is a very simple book, but is going to show you the difference in mentality between the poor and wealthy people. This is the first book you should read before any else in your path to financial freedom.
If you already know the basics of personal finance, you might not really benefit from it. But if you are a beginner in personal finance this is a very good stepping stone.
Think And Grow Rich
One of my favourite books of all time. Shows the mentality of highly succesful and wealthy people and how they think. Provides a great value and will change the way you think and aproach life. I highly recommend reading this book as soon as you can.
The 4-Hour Work Week
A great read for all of us going down the financial freedom path. It is a great book and everyone who is considering financial freedom should read it.
The Richest Man In Babylon
Another amazing read on personal finance and financial freedom. It taught me the importance of paying myself first and that has changed the way I save money and has brought me much closer to financial freedom. I advise anyone to read it and you will see for yourself what kind of impact it is going to have on your financial situation.
Investing and Stock Market
One Up On Wall Street
Another one by Peter Lynch where he goes a bit more in-depth in his investing decisions. He also makes it easy to understand and comprehend as investing is not an easy subject and can get very dry and hard to digest. This book is by no means that and is a very interesting read and will help you expand your skill set in the market exponentionally.
Beating The Street
And yet another one by Peter Lynch. I am not going to lie if I say he is my favourite book writer in the stock market investing world. There is so much that can be learned from him and these 3 books give a very detailed information around that and what made him the best.
In Beating the Street he talks more about the psychology around stocks and the different levels of thinking of retail investors, hedge fund manager and … kids. A very interesting book which every stock market investor should read.
The Essays Of Warren Buffett
If you know about investing you know about Warren Buffett. He is a true example of what compound interest can do if used to your advantage. The more we can learn from this great man the better for us. This books gives us a great opportunity to do just that. Another must read for anyone who takes investing seriously.
The Intelligent Investor
This is considered the ultimate book of value investing and for a reason- it is the most comprehensive book on the subject you will ever find. It spares no detail and goes very in-depth about investing and value investing in particular. If you are serious about stock market investing and building wealth this is a book you absolutely should read.
Just to be clear- this is not your ordinary book, but more of a study book. It is very detailed and honestly kind of dry. I only recommend you reading it if you are serious about value investing. It is the kind of book that you study with a notepad instead of just reading through it.
The Snowball
This is Warren Buffett’s autobiography. It is an incredibly captivating read, starting all the way back from the 30’s. It follows along his life and all the decisions he has made to bring him where he is today.
Principles for Navigating Big Debt Crises
For anyone that doesn’t know the author Ray Dalio is running the biggest hedge fund in the world with impressive average annual returns of over 13%. In this book he is sharing all there is to know around debt. And let’s face it- debt is the bread and butter of our economy.
If you want to learn more about that this might be the best book for it. And the best part is the pdf version of the book is actually free, just click this link and it will bring you to the pdf.
The Little Book Of Common Sense Investing
John Bogle is the founder of Vanguard and as you can guess a big part of this book is about ETF investing. It is a great book to understand the principles of index funds and how to use them to your advantage. There is probably no one in the world that knows more about index funds than John Bogle.
100 Baggers: Stocks That Return 100-to-1 and How To Find Them
A great book, specifically targeted at finding stocks with strong potential, or in other words—ones that can multiply 100 times, or 100 baggers.
It is a great book for growth investors, crowdfunding investors and in general everyone with a bit more appetite for risk.
The Little Book Of Big Dividends
A solid read for dividend investors. It’s an in-depth book with solid advice. Recommend it for anyone interested in dividend investing, or dividend growth investing.
Dividend Growth Machine: How to Supercharge Your Investment Returns with Dividend Stocks
A good read for aspiring dividend growth investors. It gives you a good explanation on the hows and the whys of the dividend growth investing world.
If you are interested in starting your own dividend portfolio, this book is a good start.
